Coverage becomes effective after the 24-hour waiting period for the applicable driver membership has been completed.
When should I report a citation?
Report an eligible citation within 30 days of the citation date through your secure member account.
What if I want to contest the ticket?
You may contest or seek a reduction before paying it. Keep the claim open and upload court or final-disposition documents as they become available.
How is reimbursement determined?
The initial request defaults to the lesser of the citation amount or that driver's currently available eligible benefit.
